you are not to far from central CA. you should take a weekend and stay in paso robles and if you take some wine tours there you will find the wineries are very helpful in that respect. try justin , j.Lohre, wild horse,and meridean, to name a few. this region is one of the best and up and comming areas for wines. the climate and acidity value in the soil, whitch has alot to do with good grapes, is simular to places in France were great wine is from.Wine Accessories (http://www.ezylifestyle.com.au/ezyvacuum-wine-preserver.php)
