If the GPS is just a Bluetooth serial device, you should be able to: 1) Set the device up in /etc/bluetooth/rfcomm.conf 2) Link the corresponding device into Wine's directory, e.g. ln -s /dev/rfcomm1 ~/.wine/dosdevices/com1\: and then tell the nav program to use com1. That's what I've done with Delorme Street Atlas + my Bluetooth GPS.
