Did you delete the wineprefix from the failed install and create a clean one  before trying to run the installer again? If not, do that. Failed installs leave behind junk that can interfere with installing. Also, disable dw20.exe in winecfg; it's intercepting the crash output. Then run the installer again and post that output.
