[Wine] I would like to get my shell in wine as cmd.exe... How?

I have been working on a powerful shell which tries its best to look, feel, and act like the Windows cmd.exe. It is a program for linux, written in python, but I don't think that should matter much.
It is much more stable and complete than wine's current cmd.exe

I would like to get some more information about:
 1) Is it possible to get my shell included?
 2) What do I need to do?
