[Wine] How to help WINE?

Hi there,

I use WINE for a while now and am quite happy with it.
As there is still much work to do, I would like to support WINE.
Since I have no (good enough) programming skills to help developing, I looked for other ways and already became maintainer for an app.

But that's not enough for me, so I checked the "contributing to wine" page.
Since I have no drawing skills, "bug hunting and support" remains as the only other task that doesn't need programming skills. So I read the "Triage Bugzilla problem reports" page and started looking at bug-reports.
But it seems as if I can't really help there, as the only thing I can do is commenting on the bugs, which is pretty useless in 90% of the cases, as all (primarily) necessary information is given.

Now I've talked much more than I wanted, so here are my questions:

1. Is it possible to get permissions for changing information of the bugs, so I can help with bug hunting?
2. Is there a good way to learn enough programming skills to help with wine developing and how long would that (learning) take?
3.Is there any other way I can help Wine without (great) programming skills?
