First, which video card are you using?  This appears to be related to
a known problem with ATI video cards.
Second, if you are not using an nVidia video card and you and upgrade
to one, please do so.
Third, please update to wine-devel (currently 1.3.19 or 1.3.20).
Fourth, please visit the Applications database and read up on what
others have done for this program.
