[Wine] ProgeCAD windows C++ Library run time error

Hi, 

I'm new to Linux and even newer to wine.  I'm using the latest release of wine 1.3.20 on U10.10 - the Maverick Meerkat.  I work as an AutoCAD Draft Person and as much as I have fallen in love with my Ubuntu OS I am really disappointed with the lack of quality CAD software.  

I came across ProgeCAD (2010 Pro) on a couple of forums and saw in the AppDB section that ProgeCAD has some positive comments.  

Long story short it installs and appears to be working very well apart from a couple of problems.  The main one for me at the moment is the runtime error I get when trying to use a couple of the functions.  when I try to modify some properties of view ports poly lines etc from the properties tool bar I get a runtime error. I have a screen shot but no idea how to add it to this post.  

Below is the terminal output. I opened ProgeCAD moved to the layout space and attempted to change one of the properties for a viewport. 

I have to apologise now for the size of this post and the amount of code below but as I said I I am quite new to all of this and don't want to miss anything out.

I am really desperate to try and get everything working for ProgeCAD so any help would be greatly appreciated.  I really dislike all of the cad programs I have found for Linux.  If I can get this working properly it will be great, I would be so so so disappointed if I were forced to have to go back to using windows!  Heaven forbid, someone please save me  :D

I found that I have heaps of msvcXXX.dll files in the system32 directory and none in the winsxs directory but I get stuck at this point as to what i catually need to do if infact that is even my problem?
