[Wine] Problem with running mspaint.exe in wine

Hi,

http://www.sheeptech.com/download/mspaint.exe

I try to run wine on mspaint.exe. But I get the following error. Would
you please help let me know how to fix the problem? Thanks!

$wine mspaint.exe
