You can write a shell script, which will do all the command line work for you. Just list your commands in an empty file line by line, then chmod +x it. You can run it and it does the same things you have to do every time.
If you are more experienced, you can write a .desktop file, which behaves just like a desktop shortcut, and place it in the right place.
