[Wine] Self compiled wine does not find CD-Rom

Hello,

I will remember. I just thought it would be like in bugzilla where posting a
pastebin link is taunted.

However, it turned out that the issue occurs when you use -O0 for compilation.
So you were almost right. But the issue was not behind ./conigure but before
it ;) With -O2 the issue is gone but reappears when you use WINEDEBUG=+relay
so it has to be some timimg issue imho.

I already opened a bug about it:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28563

Thanks for the answer.

Kind regards
Christoph
