Your ISP may still be filtering emails, at a level where they never even make it to your spam folder. Another user had that happen to him with the confirmation email for his forum account; there's a rather lengthy thread about it on the forum. It has happened to me with other sites.

The sender is not the same.
If you PM me your email address I can try manually resetting the password and PM it to you.
