I wouldn't trust that site, it's manually updated and usually lagging way behind development. It was last updated Jun 2009: http://source.winehq.org/git/website.git/history/HEAD:/templates/en/status/directx.template

Back to OP's question - there is some progress in DX 10: http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/history/HEAD:/dlls/d3d10core
But it's long ways from being usable. It's more in the area of 5% - 10% complete.
