In other words:
$ wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/wine/wine_gecko-1.3-x86.msi
$ sudo mkdir -p /usr/share/wine/gecko
$ sudo mv wine_gecko-1.3-x86.msi /usr/share/wine/gecko/
