That  bug was closed as invalid because there was not enough information in it for anyone to even begin to investigate it. 

I see you've already filed http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30416 for your problem. You need to attach (don't paste) full terminal output from plain Wine to the bug report. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log

Since you say this used to work, you should also run a regression test. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30416
