Most Windows programs expect to be run from their installation directory 
thus the above becomes:

cd /media/HRBlock2011
wine tcauto.exe

This needs to be updated or installed.  Contact the Fedora forums on how

This can be ignored.  This CLSID comes from the Speech API and if not 
found, speech is not enabled.
