That is not a valid Wine version; it's simply your distro's name for it's package. To get the real version, open a terminal and type

Code:
wine --version


then hit enter.

To find out the version of winetricks, type

Code:
winetricks --version


then hit enter.

Copy and paste

mkdir -p ~/.cache/winetricks/foobar


and hit enter.
