[Wine] Help With Wine Errors

Attempting to run wine on an iMac
Running OSX 10.6.8

I installed and updated wine to the latest version using MacPorts

Whenever I try to run an application
I get this error:

If someone could point me in the right direction here. I would really appreciate it.
