[Wine] When Will WINE PPA Update To 1.4 Stable?

Wine 1.4 is in 12.04, correct.
But the PPA for older Ubuntu versions does not yet contain 1.4:

This is not an Ubuntu decision but I think the maintainer is a Wine developer.
