Hi ArtooDeetoo, did GW run better with older wine versions? Are your intel drivers up-to-date? Please run the game from command line with the options and post the terminal output. Appdb mentions two more options "-dsound" and "-nosound", you could try them too. Appdb also recommends to set UseGLSL=disabled in wine's registry.
