No, please use the bugzilla. The problem with these database bugs is that it usually takes a lot of effort to put a testcase together, you'd need to install mysql or even worde MS SQL server, ODBC/unixODBC or fretds usually add another hurdle, so nobody does it.

If it worked in the past, you could try to install older wine releases and test with them first in order to find out, which was the last working version.

The error mesage about CreatePixMap could also be related to an issue with graphics drivers, which graphics hardware and drivers do you have? If you have ATI or NVidia, please upgrade to the latest closed source driver.
