You didn't say what version of Wine you're using; if it's not the latest development release, upgrade. If it doesn't work in the latest development release, file a bug.

Your console output just shows a lot of OLE fixmes, and native OLE hasn't worked with Wine for a long time. You could try native oleaut32 (copied from XP). If this is an old app, you could also try a very old version of Wine (1.0) and native dcom98.
