[Wine] no direct3d tab in winecfg

Hello all,

I've a problem with wine. I've installed wine 1.4 and I noticed that the direct3d tab doesn't exist in my winecfg.

I also use PlayOnLinux and I installed steam with wine 1.3.xx and it is the same thing: no direct3d tab.

My configuration:

ubuntu 12.04 
intel core duo 1.73Ghz
nvidia geforce go 7300 pilote version 295.49

Have somebody ever saw this problem? Can I resolve it?
