European trips are alwasy tricky for me, so I personally vote for St.
Paul.  On the other hand, I know Europe would be a lot easier for most
of the devs.  Some sort of video conferencing or streaming video at
the least would be very nice though for those that can't make it.
I've seen several wineconf's come and go, and I'm hoping that I can be
a part of one soon :)
