The Wine development release 1.3.30 is now available.

What's new in this release:

• DirectSound reimplemented on top of MMDevAPI.
• Support for StretchBlt in the DIB engine.
• User interface improvements in HTML help.
• Some MSXML fixes.
• Performance improvements in cmd.
• Various bug fixes.

The source is available now. Binary packages are in the process of being built, and will appear soon at their respective download locations.
