this a simple WindowsMessage without get or set values.
Same as WM_CANCELMODE in this message loop.

May be join this 2 messages,
but I do not understand what makes this string in WM_CANCELMODE:

/* remove the message from the queue */
PeekMessageW( &msg, 0, msg.message, msg.message, PM_REMOVE );

purge message queue? but why?

In dlls/user32/tests/menu.c I don`t find tests for MENU_TrackMenu function.
