1) On a read/write database, right clicking on the icon does nothing

2) On a read/write database, a single left click pops up a context menu: move,
size (grayed out), maximize, and About Wine.  Double left clicking triggers
"About Wine"

3) On a read only (544) database, either mouse click or clicks does nothing

Expected behavior:

a) double left click is maximize
b) right click gives context menu.  Maximize is bold (default)
