Did you reinstall VC Express 2005 with proper recipe in clean WINEPREFIX or
just applied msxml6 *after* installation?

I don't see any problems with startup phase.
If the problem persists, state your *exact* install conditions (Wine version
used, clean WINEPREFIX, all winetricks steps).

If this keeps on going you can't expect people to look at such bug reports.
