OK, I have to take that back because now I see you talked about the Visual C++
2005 Express and not Visual C# Express 2005 this bug is about.

What's the point of mixing different products here?
File separate bug reports for separate products.

Again: I don't see any blocking issue for Visual C# Express 2005 if recipe is
followed properly.
"New Project" and "Open Project" should just work fine.
