Patch for setting DirectX device impersonation according to Mesa driver
renderer string

Here's an updated version of the patch that works against 1.1.38. There was one
of the segments that was failing due to a new variable declaration in that
build.

I'm hoping that curan and/or cruiseoveride would be willing to try rebuilding
with the new patch and testing it.

I've updated my system to Lucid Lynx Alpha 2 and that seems to have fixed some
of my glx info issues but I'm still not getting DRI detection (possibly due to
a continuing 32bit/64bit mismatch). So I can verify that the Mesa/ATI detection
code is being executed, but it's only detecting caps for DirectX8. That
shouldn't be a problem for cruiseoverride however, and his card should actually
detect as a CARD_ATI_RADEON_HD4800 (0x944c, which should allow it to use more
video memory for textures and therefore give better performance), and curan's
should show as a CARD_ATI_RADEON_9500.
