When the lag hits me, the following two lines constantly repeat themselves:

fixme:d3d:fixed_get_input Unsupported input stream
[usage=WINED3DDECLUSAGE_POSITION, usage_idx=1]
fixme:d3d:fixed_get_input Unsupported input stream
[usage=WINED3DDECLUSAGE_NORMAL, usage_idx=1]

One thing I noticed is that the lag didn't hit me while I was by myself or with
one other person in a local server, or even with 15 bots.  Yet, when I went
online to a server with 5 other people, it hit me.

Oh, and using glsl-disable in winetricks did nothing to help the bug, so I'm
thinking that this isn't a GLSL issue, unlike what the crossover log says.
