           Summary: configure improperly detects Wunused-but-set-parameter
                    as supported on Clang
           Product: Wine
           Version: 1.3.17
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: download, source
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: build-env
        AssignedTo: wine-bugs at winehq.org
        ReportedBy: austinenglish at gmail.com

configure:12269: clang -o conftest -std=gnu89 -g -Wunused-but-set-parameter
conftest.c >&5
warning: unknown warning option '-Wunused-but-set-parameter'
[-Wunknown-warning-option]
1 warning generated.
configure:12269: $? = 0
configure:12278: result: yes

It seems the WINE_TRY_CFLAGS check fails on clang, because clang warns when an
unused option is given, rather than considering it fatal as gcc does.
