ADPCM and Wine

Try --debugmsg +driver,+mmsys,+mci,+mmio,+mmtime,+mciwave,+msacm,+wave,+midi,+
mmaux,+relay (they're all inside dlls/winmm/*).

That should help a lot in finding what's missing.
