Use a mail client that can filter by To: fields.

The reply-to setup here is exactly as it should be. Munging reply-to
addresses is one of the worst things a mailing list can do. Read this

No idea. If you're subscribed there should be only a minimal delay. I
don't see when my mails area returned to me, so it could be a global
thing.
