glibc support is needed too, and not a lot of people use
glibc 2.4 yet.
Oh, and:
$ grep futimesat configure.ac libs/port/futimes.c
configure.ac: futimesat \
libs/port/futimes.c: return futimesat( fd, NULL, tv );
$
