Update to Spy.c

This completes the updates for now to SPY.C. Each developer can change the
amount of
memory dumped on each common control message. Currently all are set to 0.
Come to think of it this would be nice for normal messages also. Well have
to add it to the TTD list.

   - Add support to dump memory at lParam location on common control
messages.
   - Fixed remaining Toolbar and Pager notify dump amounts.
   - Separate memory dump code for easy use.
