[SHLWAPI] Implemented PathSearchAndQualify (another fix)

I have fixed the patch for the problems Rolf Kalbermatter pointed out. Hope
this time is the good one :)

ChangeLog:
 * Implement partially (there's still a FIXME) the PathSearchAndQualifyA and
W functions (with A->W call).
