Smal winecfg fixes

A few fixes in winecfg

Changelog:
    fix winecfg.c get, strdup doesn't work on null
    fix appdefaults.c on_add_app_click, don't mess with current_app
    make Add Application dialog modal
    make Remove Application show a message box and return, since it
doesn't work.
