Hi,

Great to see this patch, I am guessing you are the guy I was talking to on
IRC last night. Here are some comments on it:

Firstly we cannot use C99 in Wine, sorry. So you can't put statements 
before variable declarations.

For on_remove_app_click, we shouldn't simply disable it like that. We
obviously need to fix this first. I see the bug and am working on it now.

The rest of the fixes look OK.
