2/2 DDraw: fix major d3d <=7 regression

Hi,

Due to changes in CheckDeviceFormat, d3d <=7 broke severly. This happened because ddraw was passing an invalid display format to CheckDeviceFormat (but it allowed that). This should fix 3dmark2000 and other apps.
