[setupapi/tests #1] Close registry key after use

Hi,

Key should be closed after use.

(Doesn't fix the problem we are having with setupapi and the 'unknown device').

I have several fixes in my tree now that should cope with the 'unknown device'
issues we are having on most of the platforms. I will send some cleanup stuff
and fixes but can't promise when (hence the #1). As the cleanup also uses
SetupDiRemoveDevice we need this on Wine as well (semi-stubbed should be fine to
start with).

The idea btw. is that I first make sure that the tests cleanup nicely on a clean
system (registry wise). After that I'm going to cope with systems that still
have stuff from old tests.
