[2/2] mcicda: Partially handle Play notifications

This relies on patch 1, but patch 1 does not rely on this (so feel free to 
still apply patch 1, if this one is rejected for some reason).

Notifications from a Play command are sent when playback finishes, as opposed 
to when playback starts. Games sometimes use this notification to determine 
when to restart a track. The patch handles cases where playback fails or is 
aborted by sending the appropriate notification. It will also send a "success" 
notification in the case of digital playback successfully finishing, though 
not for analog which has nothing watching it for completion.
