msvcrt: Remove CRs earlier in ascii mode in fseek, too

This shold have been in patch "msvcrt: Remove CRs earlier in ascii mode".

Removes todo_wine from test that Uwe just added.  Thanks to Uwe for
spotting it and doing the test case.

Passes on Wine and Vista.
