Sorry,  I do believe I misunderstood the problem. Yes I did, I really 
did.  I am very  sorry.

Let me ask you something. Do you have the mfc42.dll and mfc42loc.dll 
files installed where the program is installed?  If they are you may be 
caught by the following bug.

BTW what is the program you are trying to run and is it available to 
download somewhere.
