Running Virtualdub in a fake windows installation

This should be fixed with the patches I submitted. I'm running 
VirtualDub 1.4.10 with no major problems. However, because not all 
codecs behave well and just listing them could take a few seconds, I 
would advise you to install only those codecs you are really planning to 
use. A good strategy is perhaps installing one audio/video codec at a 
time and removing them as soon as they break down.
