[Wine] Getting Dragon NaturallySpeaking to install

(Hello. I need speech recognition. Have Acer Ferrari 4005 AMD64, Edgy
Eft, Wine 19. 
Tried installing DNS 9 -- the latest version.)

-2147286787: Internal error in Windows Installer
1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime. 

(The files instmsia.exe and instmsiw.exe are included on the DNS CD. Any
ideas?)

Also, I have heard that any program that requires on-line registration
cannot be installed thru wine? True?
