That still does not work. This is the output of that command...
WINEDLLOVERRIDES=iexplore.exe=n wine iexplore
wine: could not load L"c:\\windows\\system32\\iexplore.exe": Module not 
found

I've tried setting that override with winecfg/libraries with the same 
result.
