What's your real problem? GTA:SA workes great (see http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=3780 ) at least on nvidia cards. It seems to be that the ATI drivers are buggy, so please complain to ATI. If you have a question, please feel free to ask.
