[Wine] Printing from Darwine (OS X)

Wine uses the IPP protocol to send print jobs to Wine. Under Linux this
requires that the CUPS server must publish the print services it offers
and accept Internet print jobs or Wine can't find it, even if its
running on the same machine. This probably applies to OS X as well.
