[Wine] Installing LOTRO

I fresh installed Wine, created LOTRO own prefix wine-lotro, followed the directions here : http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=21337

And I can't figure out what this means. Any ideas what i need to do?
