[Wine] cant get wine on Centos 5.6

i have look thougth all the guides to get wine every time i run "yum install wine"
it will say

i got the tar file of wine "wine-1.2.3.tar.bz2" but dont know how to get it installed.
its been a few years for the last time i have use a lnuix system so i have forgoten most of the commands need to install items on the system
